If you are running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to work with you.
However, after 15 minutes, you may lose your appointment and/or deposit.
In the event of a no-call no-show, your deposit is forfeit.
After a no-show, you will be required to pay the full cost during booking for any future appointments. 

You may bring one guest with you to accompany you while you get tattooed. Your guest must be over the age of 18. Out of respect for the other clients getting tattooed who need to relax as well as the artists who need to focus on their tattooing work, any excess guests or disruptive guests will be asked to leave. 

Bringing a Child:

Children or minors are not permitted in the tattooing rooms/area at any time. Be aware that tattoo shops are intended for adults and even an accompanied minor in the lobby area may see some near-nudity or hear adult language.  Your child must be able to sit quietly in the lobby on their own, keeping themselves occupied with whatever you deem necessary to keep them content (book/tablet/phone, etc.). If your child is too young to do this, OR you do not have a guest that can hold them the entire time for you, we are sorry but they cannot come with you as a child running around the shop is very unsafe/unsanitary. We also cannot tattoo you with a child in your lap.

Most appointments require a deposit.

This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo. Deposits must be paid the same day the appointment is booked or the appointment will be automatically cancelled. The time slot cannot be held without a deposit.

If you can't make it to your appointment, this deposit can be moved with you twice as long as you let us know 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice or more than two appointment changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

When placing a deposit, you are only placing a deposit for the original design. Major design changes may be requested within reasonable notice, but loss of deposit is subject to artist's discretion. Understand that this is because artists will need to start over and create an entirely new design.

The deposit will be forfeit and you will be turned away if you or anyone in your party shows up intoxicated.  

They must have a state-issued ID (The Revenue office will issue one for around $10), a Parent with ID, and the minors' Birth Certificate listing the parent/guardian that will be with them. If the parent's last name changed since the birth certificate, we must have a marriage cert or divorce decree showing the name change.

The youngest we pierce is 10 years old. Lower Ear Lobe Only (state reg).
Unfortunately, due to the state regulations for body artists, THE SAME RULES ABOVE STILL APPLY to getting Photo IDS and Birth Certificates.

No Nipple or Genital Piercings on anyone under 18 years of age regardless of parental consent. 

Courtesy touch-ups are at the discretion of the tattoo artist. Necessary touch-ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 6 months of the tattoo and by the original artist who did the tattoo (unless the tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part, see below).  Touch-ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed.  Touch-ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures are not free and will be charged the same rate as a new tattoo.  Changes to the original agreed-upon tattoo are not considered a touch-up and will be charged as a new tattoo.  HEALING RESULTS OF TATTOOS ON THE HEAD, FACE, GENITALS, FEET, OR HANDS (INCLUDING FINGERS) CANNOT BE GUARANTEED AND MAY NOT BE ELIGLE FOR FREE TOUCH-UPS.  If your tattoo is on a non-guaranteed body part it will probably need multiple touch-ups and may be charged as a new tattoo each time.

*If any alterations are done to the original tattoo by another tattoo artist outside of the studio, our artist and studio are no longer responsible for any touch-ups or continuing that particular project.

Your drawing will be ready for you to see on the day of your appointment. I do not send drawings via email. You are welcome to schedule a quick visit to come in for a preview. I am more than happy to make simple alterations to the design during your scheduled appointment time. If you have changed your mind about the subject matter or want drastic changes that were not communicated in your initial appointment request, this will count as an entirely new design and will require another deposit as well as a new appointment.

The design is considered the property of the artist. If you are unhappy with the design, we will work with you to make the needed changes to your satisfaction. If you take a design to another studio without paying your artist for the design, this is considered property theft. 

Out of respect for the original artist and collector, we will not copy or duplicate any custom tattoo or tattoo design.  This applies to tattoos we have created custom for our clients as well as tattoos found online or elsewhere that someone else has created.  If you fall in love with a tattoo that an artist has done, please ask the artist to create something similar or inspired by that tattoo for you.  Remember we can (and prefer to) customize it specifically to you and for your body. 

PLEASE NOTE: Flash tattoos are meant to be duplicated and can be tattooed many times, with or without customization. 

NO REFUNDS for any reason.  In the unlikely event of a mistake, it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free. There is always something we can do.  Please contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to find the best & quickest solution. 

The health department prohibits any animal or pet in the tattooing area.  Service animals are permitted in the lobby area and must not be left unattended at any time.
